SHIPPING & RETURNS
• All non-live Products will be shipped within 1 business day by UPS Ground unless upgraded. Free Shipping on all non-live products over $100.
• Local Pickup available within 1 hour of order durning business hours except for In-Store Tanks which will be available for pickup within 1 business day.
• Local Delivery available for In-Store Tanks within 40 miles of store.
• All Drop Ship Tanks will ship with Free Shipping to your home from the manufacturer.
• All live items are shipped by UPS Next Day Air.
• To lower the risk of shipment delay, we ship on Tuesdays only. You will receive your shipment by noon of the following day.
• When placing the order, please be sure to select whether you would like to have your coral shipped the next tuesday or the following
Tuesday for Weddnesday delivery.
• Coral will be packed in an insulated foam box with Ice or Heat packs depending on the weather.
• Florida Residents pay $35 flat rate shipping.
• Contiguous U.S. pay $50 flat rate shipping.
• FREE Shipping on Orders over $400.
• Free local pick up is available, please select which date when ordering you would like to pickup your coral, orders must be picked up within 10 days.
• Shipping within US contiguous only, no Hawaii, Alaska, or international shipping available.
We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of DOA(Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Carefully inspect the package and send 2 clear pictures of the dead coral via message or email. Please do not throw away the deceased coral without Lush Corals authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. After approving the DOA, a store credit (not including shipping cost) will be issued for future purchases. First attempt has to be met in order to qualify for our live arrival guarantee. Sorry we can not be held responsible of any shipping carriers delay due to weather or mechanical events that it's out of our control.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. Product availability, attributes, and pricing may vary from what is listed. We reserve the right to change product details, pricing, and availability without notice. Email order confirmations are sent as a standard practice but do not signify acceptance of your order or a binding agreement to sell. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, and require verification before accepting or shipping any order.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 3 days. Keep all original packaging and damaged items for carrier inspection, and provide clear photos to help us process your claim and replacement. If damage is not reported within the 3-day window, replacements or refunds will be at our sole discretion. For damage caused during shipping, we will handle the claims process. Lush Corals, Inc. is not liable for damage caused by equipment failures, including harm to property, livestock, or the equipment itself. We are happy to assist with issues, but warranty claims must be directed to the product’s manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Lush Corals. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.

• Products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund (excluding shipping and handling). A 10%
restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Coral sales are final except for the Live Areival Guarantee above.
• In-Store Aquariums can be returned within 5 business days. The aquarium must be in the same condition as received. No water must have been put in the tank. A 25%
restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for returning the aquarium to the store. No refund will be given if the auarium was delivered or the stand was
assembled.
• Drop-Ship Aquariums are final. Drop-Ship Aquariums are non-returnable and non-refundable once order has been placed with the manufacturer. Partial refunds may be
considered only if the product has not been shipped and will be at the discretion of Lush Corals and/or the manufacturer.

Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty support. Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components in resalable condition. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If shipping was initially free, we will deduct an estimated 10% of the product’s retail price to cover shipping.
