The Red Sea ReefSense Salinity and Temperature Probe provides continuous digital monitoring of aquarium salinity and water temperature through ReefControl Lite or Pro.
Its purpose-built four-pole conductivity sensor is engineered for the challenging operating conditions found in saltwater aquariums. Salinity measurements are automatically compensated for water temperature and can be displayed through ReefBeat in practical reef-keeping units, including PSU or parts per thousand, conductivity and specific gravity.
Both salinity and temperature readings can be monitored independently, assigned personalized acceptable ranges and used to generate notifications. When connected to compatible control equipment, either parameter may also be used as an automation trigger.
